MBGFC Labor Day Invitational 2026 marks the final stop of the Sportfishing Championship (SFC) Gulf Division regular season and one of the most important offshore fishing tournaments on the calendar.

Held in Orange Beach, Alabama, this championship event closes out the Gulf Division season in the heart of Gulf Coast sportfishing—where elite teams, legendary docks, and deep-rooted fishing culture come together.

The Mobile Big Game Fishing Club (MBGFC) and Orange Beach Marina serve as the home of this iconic event, widely recognized as one of the most prestigious hubs in American sportfishing. Many of the Gulf’s top teams, including multiple SFC competitors, keep their home slips right here in Orange Beach, making this a true hometown showdown.

With the Gulf Division Championship on the line, every fish matters. Teams will battle offshore for final standings, season points, and championship positioning in one of the most competitive fishing environments in the country.

Sportfishing Championship will bring the SFC Studio on the road once again, delivering live coverage, weigh-in updates, dockside interviews, leaderboard tracking, and exclusive behind-the-scenes tournament content throughout the weekend.
